As I stated in my
blog post from March 26, "there is no substantive difference between paying a non-criminal fine and not being able to take a tax deduction." Not only am I ecstatic that the ACA has been upheld, and that the Chief Justice seems to honor precedent above ideology, I'm also downright chuffed that I called it.
